The West Cork Bourbon Mini is a smooth blend of grain and malt whiskeys that have been finished in a bourbon cask. The whiskey was distilled in the West Cork distillery that is now located in Skibbereen, West Cork, one of Ireland’s only producers to malt their own barley. The Classic Blend has gobs of fruit vanilla on the nose that turn into a pleasant mixture of fresh fruit and grain on the palate. The finish is clean and malty with more sweet grains on the back end.
