Following the success of WD O’Connell’s first collaboration with Western Herd Brewery, they’re back with another of their greatest hits From Clare To Here, Volume II. This very limited single cask has influences from ex-bourbon & stout casks, and at 54%, it has all the character of Volume I. For this release, Daithi & team popped the spirit into a Rhum Agricole cask for 16 months, adding a new dimension to this crowd-pleaser. Enjoy!
