This is a vatted malt, comprising 22% 2006 Cooley Single Malt and 2015 Great Northern Single Malt. The younger whiskey spent 912 months in fresh Tawny Port Casks, contributing a fantastic golden red colour and intensity, richness and complexity to the whiskey. Cut gently over 56 weeks, reducing the ABV by 12% each week, to achieve more smoothness. Natural colour, not chill filtered.
