A collaboration withtheir Dublin 8 neighbours, this magnificent whiskey is inspired by the Old-Fashioned cocktail. The Dubliner Whiskey isfinished in beer barrels once filled with blonde ale brewed with star anise, orange peel and zest.

Resulting in a whiskey that is fun, exuberant and bursting with flavour.
