A brand new Redbreast single pot still Irish whiskey that comes from the collaboration between Midleton Distillery in County Cork and Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and traditionally triple distilled in copper pot stills the Redbreast Lustau Edition is aged in bourbon and sherry casks for 9 to 12 years. It is then finished for another year in first fill casks that have been seasoned with oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez. The result is a distinctive twist on the signature sherry character of the traditional Redbreast.
