This Single Cask Release, matured in an Oloroso Sherry Cask, specially selected by Dingle’s Head of Maturation, Paddy Foley, has been bottled exclusively for our James J. Fox store.

The original role of this cask in the maturation of Oloroso Sherry is reflected in the colour, aroma, character and above all, taste of this Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
