After opening the distillery in 2019, Clonakilty’s Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is ready for you to enjoy. Made from 100% Cork-grown barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills at Clonakilty Distillery, and matured in their Atlantic Ocean Warehouse.

This special whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, the whiskey presents flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, complemented by notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate.
