Sheestown Edition 1.2 was distilled in 2016 from Irina barley grown by Phillip OBrien just outside Kilkenny. The lushness of this verdant land can be tasted in the whisky, which was matured in a combination of first-fill American oak, French oak and ex-Vin Doux Naturel fortified wine casks.

Bottled at 50% ABV without colouring, chill-filtration or any additives; totally natural.
