This limited edition is inspired by two of the distillery founders’ past Ger and Denis McCarthy were trawlermen off the coast of West Cork before they entered the whiskey industry. The third co-founder, John O’Connell, came up with the idea of a bespoke spherical bottle, as reference to vintage glass fishing floats.

Patiently matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in Kelvin Cooperage Virgin Oak casks.
